Volunteer Information

Salem Cyberspace Office Assistant – we are looking for someone to work Monday – Thursday 8:30 am until noon.  The perfect candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multi-task in a busy office environment, and have good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel).  Salem CyberSpace is a community technology center helping low-income families learn computer skills to qualify for better jobs and to perform better in school.  While this is a volunteer position, volunteers may take computer classes at no charge.  This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community and beef up your computer skills. Salem Cyberspace Homework Tutors – we are looking for homework tutors for students in grades 9 and 10 to volunteer Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm.  Volunteer 1 day or all 3! This is high school level homework. While we need homework tutors in all subjects, we desperately need tutors who can help in math and science.
