Homecare Eligibility

Clients are referred to our Program by the Elder Service Agency in their communities. Families and/or Clients themselves who live in the North Shore should contact North Shore Elders; Beverly and Cape Ann should contact SeniorCare, Inc and clients who live in Lynn, Revere, Swampscott, Saugus and Nahant should contact Greater Lynn Senior Services for eligibility requirements. Clients who are not eligible for services from these agencies can contact our Program directly and their pay rates will be determined by a sliding scale according to their personal income.
